Mr.A took Meth and Hemp, as a result, was subject to criminal investigation and trial in Korea.
Methamphetamine is also known as ‘Philopon’ in Korea.
He diluted and took in 0.1 g of Philopon once with a disposable injector in his own house.
The Korea Prosecution service pressed the charges about him taking Chrystal in several areas of Gyeonggi-do including Goyang-si and Seoul, Chungnam Asan, Gangwon Wonju, etc.
In addition to it, he was also suspected of hiding 0.32 g Hamp in his house.
The prosecutor submitted the protocol of seizure, the picture of the confiscated items, and the result of the urine test as evidence, in order to prove Mr. A was guilty.
And being prosecuted, he needed to get a defense attorney in Korea.
2. The defendant was able to be acquitted in Korean Criminal Court.
In Seoul, Northern District Criminal Court acquitted Mr. A, who was the criminal defendant of violating the narcotics control act in Korea.
